Enable Browser JavaScript

This site requires your browser to have javascript enabled. This is to ensure that each page on the site has optimal display according to your settings.

What To Do

First determine what browser version is in use. From the browser's Help menu choose the last item labeled "About [browser name]...". Macintosh users should go to the application name menu or the Apple menu and select the first item labeled "About [browser name]...".

  • From the browser's Tools menu select "Internet Options..."



  • Select the Security tab.

  • Pick the "Internet zone" icon.

  • Push the "Custom Level..." button.



  • Scroll down the Settings list to the Scripting item. (You may need to double-click on icons to expand lists.)

  • Under the "Active scripting" item, choose the Enable radio button.

  • Push OK and Yes to confirm and close the Security Settings dialog box, then OK again to close the Internet Options dialog box.


  • Refresh the current page.
  • Enable Internet Explorer 5.x - Macintosh

  • From the browser's Edit menu select "Preferences..."

  • Within the left-hand pick list, expand the item group Web Browser (if necessary).

  • Under the item group labeled Web Browser, select Web Control.

  • Check the box labeled Enable JavaScript and push the OK button to close the Internet Explorer Preferences dialog box.

  • Refresh the current page.


  • Upgrade Internet Explorer

    We recommend that all users of Microsoft Internet Explorer, versions 5.0 and below should upgrade to Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 found on the at the Microsoft Web site.

    Upgrade Internet Explorer - Macintosh

    We recommend that all users of Microsoft Internet Explorer, versions 5.0 and below should upgrade to version 5.1 or higher of Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 for Mac at the Microsoft Mactopia Web site.

    To access the IMCVS.COM Web site, you need  JavaScript to be enabled in your browser. Follow the directions for the browser that you use:

    WINDOWS - INTERNET EXPLORER 6 & above
    1. Select the "Tools" menu.
    2. Select "Internet Options..."
    3. Click on the "Security" tab.
    4. Click on the "Custom Level."
    5. Select the "Scripting" section.
    6. Enable "Active Scripting." Do NOT choose "Prompt."
    7. Click "OK."

    Upgrade Internet Explorer

    6. Click "OK."

    MAC OS 9 & below - INTERNET EXPLORER 5 & above
    1. Select the "Edit" menu.
    2. Select "Preferences..."
    3. Expand "Web Browser" option.
    4. Select the "Web Content" option.
    5. Click the option "Enable Scripting."
    6. Click "OK."
